Secure UAV-to-Vehicle Communications

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) communications have been widely exploited in our daily life, which leads to rising concerns about the security issue. This work investigates secrecy performance of a UAV-to-vehicle (UAV-2-V) communication system, where information delivered over both downlink and uplink between UAV ( $S$ ) acting as temporary base-station legitimate vehicle notation="LaTeX">$D$ moving along road is overheard by an eavesdropping notation="LaTeX">$E$ on same road. The location assumed be uniformly distributed sky, while locations are highway. statistical characteristics, including cumulative distribution function probability density received signal-to-noise ratio uplink, characterized respectively. Closed-form expressions for approximate asymptotic outage (SOP) experiencing Rician fading channels derived accordingly. Moreover, investigated deriving closed-form expression exact SOP two cases: channel suffers Weibull fading, Finally, Monte-Carlo simulations shown verify proposed analytical models.
