Secure and Robust MIMO Transceiver for Multicast Mission Critical Communications

Mission-critical communications (MCC) involve all between people in charge of the safety civil society. MCC have unique requirements that include improved reliability, security and group communication support. In this paper, we propose secure robust Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) transceivers, designed for multiple Base Stations (BS) supporting multicast presence eavesdroppers. We formulate minimization problems with Sum-Mean-Square-Error (SMSE) at legitimate users as an objective function, a lower bound MSE eavesdroppers constraint. Security is achieved thanks to physical layer mechanisms, namely MIMO beamforming Artificial Noise (AN). Reliability by designing system which two types channel state information errors: stochastic norm-bounded. coordinate descent-based algorithm worst-case iterative solve these problems. Numerical results level reveal crucial role designs reliable MCC. show interest both design AN improve gap. also full BS cooperation preferred highly secured but dynamic clustering allows trade-off reliability against capacity.
