Data from 10-year follow-up are reported. glenoid fossa was base, enabling juxtaposition two cartilaginous surfaces, aim optimizing functional result preventing recurrence ankylosis. At after surgery, there no articular disorder, morphological satisfactory. Bone fixation stable over period head still place. Quantitative measurements obtained by computed tomography scan did not show any growth compared to right unaffected condylar process.
