چکیده

In the era of Big Data and Internet Things (IoT), information security has emerged as an essential system application metric. The exchange among ubiquitously connected smart electronic devices requires functioning reliably in harsh environments, which highlights need for securing hardware root trust. this work, by leveraging uniform nonlinear resistive switching emerging electroforming-free analog memristive device based on $\mathbf {BiFeO}_3$ (BFO) thin film, security-oriented primitive (SoHP) is developed optimized with high-security level. SoHP utilizes distinguishable power conversion efficiency generated at second higher harmonics low resistance state (memristor diodelike behavior) high devices. By exploring significant influence writing bias operational frequency sourcing input voltage dynamic behavior device, novel 2-memristor encoding scheme 1-memristor decoding are system, realizes a enhancement 4000 times comparison to scheme. encoded data bits that from physically implemented pass diverse statistical test suites (i.e. ENT, BSI, NIST SP-800.22 suites), indicates randomness distribution level proposed system.

Electric-field-induced second-harmonic generation in GaN devices.

Electric-field-induced second-harmonic generation is used to detect electric fields in a GaN UV Schottky photodiode and in a GaN light-emitting diode. The second-harmonic signal is measured as a function of bias voltage and incident laser power. This technique is sensitive to small applied voltages and can be used to track electronic waveforms. The photocurrent generated by this technique is fo...

Second-harmonic generation

The goal of this experiment in nonlinear optics is to study the conversion of a (very small) fraction of laser light from its original wavelength of 980 nm (i.e. invisible to the naked eye) to its second-harmonic at a wavelength of 490 nm. This conversion takes place by mild focussing of an intense laser beam in a nonlinear birefringent crystal of BBO (= β BaBO4). You will study the physical pr...

Exploiting current-generation graphics hardware for synthetic-scene generation

Increasing seeker frame rate and pixel count, as well as the demand for higher levels of scene fidelity, have driven scene generation software for hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and software-in-the-loop (SWIL) testing to higher levels of parallelization. Because modern PC graphics cards provide multiple computational cores (240 shader cores for a current NVIDIA Corporation GeForce and Quadro cards...

Galerkin Finite-Element Method for the Analysis of the Second Harmonic Generation in Wagon Wheel Fibers

The nonlinear effects of the second harmonic generation have been investigated for the propagation of light along the axis of fibers of wagon wheel cross sectional shape. Nodal finite element formulation is utilized to obtain discretized Helmholtz equations under appropriate boundary conditions. The hierarchical p-version nodal elements are used for meshing the cross section of wagon wheel fibe...
