چکیده
In 2017-2020 in the conditions of Kirov region there were studied 143 varieties, 115 perspective lines and 28 hybrids first generation spring soft wheat according to degree resistance septoria tritici blotch against background natural development infection. It has been established that disease significantly increased with a decrease air temperature during «seedling-tillering» phase (r = -0.83…-0.96) an increase amount precipitation «shooting» +0.87…+0.90). Resistance was shown by 16.1 % collection samples. A significant -0.83) yield average 19 susceptible samples compared resistant ones revealed. The greatest breeding immunological value represented varieties Russian selection: Tobolskaya, Tyumenskaya 29, Moskovskaya 35 МIS, among which early variety MIS tolerant blotch. Thirteen identified from new material. selected for used hybridization. F 1 domination overdomination inheritance prevailed, as well weight 1000 grains per m 2 . Among them, 8 highest values dominance indices identified. established, blotch, occurs both maternal paternal lines. effect obtained when using Daria (Russia) Epos (Germany). most productive Daria, taken form, Egisar 29 form.

Quantitative expression analysis of candidate genes for Septoria tritici blotch resistance in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
Septoria tritici blotch (STB), caused by the ascomycete fungus Mycosphaerella graminicola (asexual stage: Septoria tritici), is one of the most important foliar diseases of wheat. In this research, quantitative expression analysis of five candidate genes for the induction of resistance to STB (PR-1, Bsi, Msr, Per, and Ppi) was conducted in the wheat cultivars ‘Seri 82’ (susceptible) and ‘Fronta...
متن کاملstudy on inheritance of resistance to septoria tritici blotch in wheat by generation mean analysis
to study inheritance of resistance to septoria tritici blotch in wheat, the generation mean analysis method was used. so six generations (p1, p2, f1, f2, bc1 and bc2) were planted under completely randomized design with three replications in greenhouse. seedlings were inoculated at the second-leaf stage with an isolate of septoria tritici and necrosis and picnidia density and area under disease...

Analysis and modelling of effects of leaf rust and Septoria tritici blotch on wheat growth.
A model to predict Septoria tritici blotch (STB) and leaf rust effects on wheat growth was constructed and evaluated in two steps. At the leaf scale, Bastiaans' approach that predicts the relative photosynthesis of a wheat leaf infected with a single disease, was extended to the case of two diseases, one biotrophic and one necrotrophic by considering the leaf rust-STB complex. A glasshouse expe...
متن کاملRanking Quantitative Resistance to Septoria tritici Blotch in Elite Wheat Cultivars Using Automated Image Analysis.
Quantitative resistance is likely to be more durable than major gene resistance for controlling Septoria tritici blotch (STB) on wheat. Earlier studies hypothesized that resistance affecting the degree of host damage, as measured by the percentage of leaf area covered by STB lesions, is distinct from resistance that affects pathogen reproduction, as measured by the density of pycnidia produced ...
