چکیده

RAF1 (c-raf) has been known as an important tumor-promoter in many cancers. However, the regulatory mechanisms affecting expressions are rarely reported. This study aimed to predict candidate miRNAs of gene and verify their functions progression lung cancer. The expression miR-643 was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). A dual-luciferase report system used relationship between RAF1. RT-PCR Western blot were analyze Transwell chamber, scratch, monoclonal tests showed that affected proliferation, migration, radiosensitivity H1299 A549 cells targeting gene. cancer lower than bronchial epithelioid (CRL-2741), luciferase reporter experiment confirmed targeted MiR-643 overexpression decreased expression, thereby decreasing cell radiation resistance through AKT/nuclear factor-κB pathway. could inhibit invasion, metastasis increase downregulating

MiR-493 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells by targeting RhoC

Objective(s):MiRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. However, their effect and prognostic value in gastric cancer is still poorly known. Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell lines were cultured. Tissue samples obtained from 36 gastric cancer patients were used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis. The tissue microarrays (T...

Metformin synergistic pemetrexed suppresses non‐small‐cell lung cancer cell proliferation and invasion in vitro

The aim of this study was to investigate whether metformin in combination with pemetrexed has an effect on the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) models and to explore the related molecular mechanism. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) and combination index (CI) of metformin and pemetrexed were detected by the CCK8 assay to assess the antiproliferative and therapeutic...

FSTL1 suppresses tumor cell proliferation, invasion and survival in non-small cell lung cancer

Follistatin like-1 (FSTL1) is a secreted glycoprotein involved in a series of physiological and pathological processes. However, its contribution to the development of cancer, especially the pathogenesis of NSCLC, remains to be elucidated. We explored the expression, function, and molecular mechanism of FSTL1 in NSCLC. In this study, we detected the expression of FSTL1 in a panel of NSCLC cell ...

Enterolactone alters FAK-Src signaling and suppresses migration and invasion of lung cancer cell lines

BACKGROUND Systemic toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents and the challenges associated with targeting metastatic tumors are limiting factors for current lung cancer therapeutic approaches. To address these issues, plant-derived bioactive components have been investigated for their anti-cancer properties because many of these agents are non-toxic to healthy tissues. Enterolactone (EL) is a flaxse...

LKB1/STK11 suppresses cyclooxygenase-2 induction and cellular invasion through PEA3 in lung cancer.

We showed that the PEA3 transcriptional factor interacted with LKB1, a serine/threonine kinase, which is somatically mutated in lung cancer. This interaction occurred through the ETS domain of PEA3 and the kinase domain of LKB1. Mutation of LKB1 in lung cancer cells stabilized PEA3. Reintroduction of wild-type (WT) LKB1 into cells induced down-regulation of PEA3 and subsequently resulted in red...
