Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) ecosystems in Indonesia (1945-2021): A historical policy analysis

By the mid 2019, President of Republic Indonesia Joko Widodo had stipulated Law No. 11/2019, concerning National System Science and Technology. This regulation served as an efforts from Indonesian government to build science technology innovation ecosystem lies in terms strengthening policies. The implication this policy mandates that Research Innovation Agency serves only research institution owned by Government Indonesia.
