School Administrators' Behaviors in the Professional Belonging of Teachers

In this study, it is aimed to examine the behavior of school administrators in context teachers' professional belonging. The research was designed phenomenology pattern qualitative method. 25 teachers working province Eskişehir formed study group. A semi-structured interview form used collection data, face-to-face interviews were conducted with participants, and analysis data carried out accordance content According findings, views on behaviors administrators, which increase belonging, are gathered under four themes: administrative behaviors, effective communication, based personality traits towards meeting social needs. reduce belonging teachers, grouped three managerial negative communication traits. When findings evaluated general; It seen that have an important place teachers. fact teaching profession a requires great dedication reveals importance concept one factors affecting organizational individual.
