Scheduling Optimization of Prefabricated Construction Projects by Genetic Algorithm

Prefabricated buildings are the direction of future development construction industry and have received widespread attention. The effective execution prefabricated project scheduling should consider resource constraints supply arrangement components. However, traditional resource-constrained implementation method cannot simultaneously characteristics linkage between component production on-site assembly construction. It also fully adapt to projects. is difficult work out a reasonable schedule allocation table. In order determine relevant parameters that can reflect actual situation building meet requirements project, this study proposes model considers constraints. Additionally, it improves design genetic algorithms (GAs). Research results experimental calculation engineering application show proposed optimization GA practical, which help managers in effectively formulating plans, reasonably allocating resources, reducing completion time, improving performance.
