Satisfaction of Tourism Communities in World Heritage Sites based on Residents’ Perceptions—Study Area of Mount Sanqingshan National Park, PRC

Tourist communities have enjoyed the benefits of tourist development in various regions and paid associated costs, resulting different attitudes towards tourism World Heritage Sites. On this basis, study takes Mount Sanqingshan National Park, a Natural site, collects 330 examples perceptions residents communities, relies on social exchange theory community participation theory, uses structural equation modeling as technical methodology, constructs conceptual model, including perceived satisfaction, place attachment mediating variables from view tourism’s social, economic, environmental, heritage protection impacts. The shows that: first, significant positive influence satisfaction; second, cost has negative attachment, satisfaction does not hold true; third, full effect perception partial benefit satisfaction. Finally, we propose ‘SHE-ABC’ framework WHS based perspectives impact attachment. results theoretical value practical guidance to sustainable development, industry, management
