Sanksi Pelanggaran Kode Etik Advokat

This study aims to find out what forms of violations are often committed by an Advocate. Violation becomes a problem if advocate violates the law, because has code ethics that regulates it in proceedings before court or helps resolve case. Advocates must comply with and they violate it, will receive sanctions. There advocates who commit acts violating such as abusing their duties defending clients so cases handle win court.
