تقليل الاثر البيئي للتلوث بالرصاص الموجود في البنزين باستعمال عزلة محلية من خميرة Saccharomyces boulardii

بلغت نسبة الرصاص في البنزين المستحصل عليه من احد محطات تعبئة الوقود مدينة بغداد 52.5 ملغم/ لتر، واستعملت عزلة محلية خميرة Saccharomyces boulardii التي تم التأكد جنسها ونوعها باجراء الاختبارات المظهرية والفحوصات الكيميائية الحيوية لازالة الرصاص، اذ لوحظ حصول زيادة معدل كفاءة إزالة بازدياد مدة التماس بين المادة المازة والبنزين، كانت الازالة 67 و79% عند تماس 15 و30 دقيقة على التوالي، لتصل الى 87% 60 لتتوقف بعدها هذا المستوى بالرغم 90 و120 دقيقة، وادت وزن ﺇزالة عنصر لحين وصولها حد معين لم تؤدِ معه الزيادة وزنها الازالة، 45.8 و87 و89 و95 و97 و97% مادة مازة مقدارها 0.05 و0.1 و0.2 و0.3 و0.4 و0.5 غم وبلغ اعلى 96% بسرعة تحريك 150 دورة/ حين كان 73 و 82 94% سرعة 50 100 125 دقيقةعلى بينما تؤثر التحريك 175 200 الذي بقي 96%.
