In this era of rapid technological innovation, teachers in rural public schools employ a variety educational technology tools to facilitate student learning. However, little information is known about these teachers’ usage frequencies and perceptions effectiveness the learning process. Furthermore, limited research exists related barriers face their adoption use technology. Utilizing quantitative approach, study investigated among teachers. Findings revealed educators have differing opinions on various web-based technologies software. Teachers personal trial error as most common way new knowledge skill acquisition.
