Rupture and Repair in Mentalization-Based Group Psychotherapy

The article explores ideas about the role of group mentalizing—the experience joint attention and shared intentionality—as a process that can support emergence more collaborative salutogenic social functioning. This is based on developmental evolutionary thinking importance in human cognitive development experiencing rupture repair as part together—while also working with separate nature our thoughts—is described, emphasizing it through an understanding complex inevitably uneven challenging cooperation such itself made possible.
