RTS BIM PŘI NÁKLADOVÉM OCEŇOVÁNÍ

چکیده
Tento článek je zaměřen na oceňování s využitím BIM, tedy informačního modelu budovy. Cílem tohoto článku ocenit stavbu nákladovým způsobem pomocí BIM modelu. Obsahem popis problematiky, dále její zavádění a potřeba využití ve stavebnictví. Článek popisuje metody ocenění názorně zobrazuje vybrané konstrukce jednotlivými metodami. Hlavní oceňovací metodou plugin RTS který využívá model vytvořený v programu Autodesk Revit. Toto nově představené řešení poté porovnáno položkovým rozpočtem, jakožto tradiční stavby.
