Unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn represents Müllerian duct anomaly. We describe three women aged 20, 18, and 23 years unicornuate associated non-communicating horn, who underwent successful laparoscopic surgery. Studies have reported high incidence of endometriosis this Therefore, prevention progressive resection are recommended as treatment. performed removal ipsilateral fallopian tube, endometriotic ovarian cyst in our patients uneventful surgeries, following preoperative imaging to accurately confirm the course uterine artery. magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) computed tomography for evaluation.
