Rokhlin-type properties, approximate innerness and Z-stability

We investigate connections between actions on separable C?-algebras with Rokhlin-type properties and absorption of the Jiang-Su algebra Z. show that if A admits an approximately inner group action finite Rokhlin dimension commuting towers then is Z-stable. obtain analogous results for tracial version property approximate innerness. Going beyond innerness, a single automorphism which have are almost periodic in suitable sense, crossed product absorbs Z even when original does not.

Approximate Innerness and Central Triviality of Endomorphisms

We introduce the notions of approximate innerness and central triviality for endomorphisms on separable von Neumann factors, and we characterize them for hyperfinite factors by Connes-Takesaki modules of endomorphisms and modular endomorphisms which are introduced by Izumi. Our result is a generalization of the corresponding result obtained by KawahigashiSutherland-Takesaki in automorphism case.

Weak Containment and Rokhlin Entropy

We define a new notion of weak containment for joinings, and we show that this notion implies an inequality between relative Rokhlin entropies. This leads to new upper bounds to Rokhlin entropy. We also use this notion to study how Pinsker algebras behave under direct products, and we study the Rokhlin entropy of restricted actions of finite-index subgroups.
