The position of mechanical arm in people’s life is getting higher and higher. It replaces the function human arm, moving space. Generally, structure composed body, controller, servo mechanism, sensor, some specified actions are set to complete according actual production requirements. manipulator has flexible operation, good stability, high safety, so it widely used industrial automation line. With development science technology, many practical requirements for more refined, especially high-end research field. For example, medical devices, automobile manufacturing, deep-sea submarines, space station maintenance put forward it. In terms miniaturization precision, can meet needs scientific production. But these inseparable from motion control system technology. This paper mainly introduces based on AI wearable acceleration aiming provide ideas directions manipulator. presents method including establishment kinematics model, common filtering algorithm, PI algorithm speed system. experiment sensor. experimental results show that average matching rate sensor as 88.89%, stability feature descriptor high.
