چکیده

Introduction The performance of robot‐assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty has recently been increasing in frequency. However, patients with duplicated renal pelvises and ureters can present challenges. Case presentation A 71‐year‐old woman presented flank pain was diagnosed ureteropelvic junction obstruction an incomplete collecting system. Preoperative imaging did not reveal the details stenosis. Therefore, three reconstructive procedures were prepared: Anderson–Hynes procedure, end‐to‐side pyeloureterostomy, upper pole ureter to lower procedure for pole. These determined by length intact presence crossed vessels. During surgery, crossing vein severed, allowing successful reconstruction anastomosis. Conclusion evaluation preparation multiple surgical techniques are crucial systems.

Successful Endourologic Management of Lower Pole Moiety Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction in a Partially Duplicated Collecting System

We present two cases of symptomatic lower pole moiety ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) in a partially duplicated collecting system that were successfully treated with minimally invasive endourologic procedures. In the first case, we performed retrograde endopyelotomy with the Acucise(R) ureteral cutting balloon device, and in the latter case, we performed percutaneous nephrolithotomy a...

Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty for Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction in an Incompletely Duplicated Collecting System in a Patient with a Horseshoe Kidney

We present a case of UPJO associated with an incompletely duplicated collecting system in a horseshoe kidney that was successfully treated by laparoscopic pyeloplasty with concomitant pyelolithotomy. A 53-year-old man had three urological anomalies and urolithiasis. We performed a pyeloplasty and pyelolithotomy using a fully intracorporeal technique. Clinical and radiographic evaluation confirm...

Laparoscopic pyeloplasty for ureteropelvic junction obstruction of the lower moiety in a completely duplicated collecting system: a case report

INTRODUCTION There are only a few reports on laparoscopic pyeloplasty in kidney abnormalities and only one case for laparoscopic pyeloplasty in a duplicated system. Increasing experience in laparoscopic techniques allows proper treatment of such anomalies. However, its feasibility in difficult cases with altered kidney anatomy such as that of duplicated renal pelvis still needs to be addressed....

Transperitoneal laparoscopic pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction

INTRODUCTION Laparoscopic pyeloplasty was first described by Schuessler. During the last decade, this technique has been developed in order to achieve the same results as open surgery, with lower rates of morbidity and complications. In this study we review our experience using laparoscopic pyeloplasty as the gold standard for the treatment of the ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). MA...

Results of Pyeloplasty in patients with Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction in Pediatric Surgery Center in Bandar Abbas

Introduction: Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is associated with inadequate urine drainage from renal pelvis into ureter. UPJO results from incomplete recanalization of proximal ureter during fetal period which finally leads to hydrostatic distention of renal pelvis and calyces. Diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms, ultrasound, and diuretic isotopic renogram. Various surgical metho...
