RISK RESPONSE STRATEGIES AND COMPLETION OF CONSTITUENCY FUNDED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN NYAMIRA COUNTY, KENYA

The general objective of the study was to establish influence project risk response strategies on completion constituency funded construction projects in Nyamira County, Kenya. specific objectives were; -to determine effect avoidance strategy , reduction find out transfer projects, e stablish retention Kenya . total population 719 persons from 216 National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) that were completed financial years 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 constituted 44 NG-CDF Committee members, 432 management committee members (chairmen secretaries), 12 key staff, 15 consultants contractors county. adopted stratified random sampling method select 251 respondents target population. Questionnaires used collection primary data field. questionnaires pre-tested among 25 randomly selected sample. They found be valid reliable. Data analysed descriptively using weighted means standard deviation inferentially correlation regression analyses. Results showed has a positive statistically significant County; County.
