Abstract
Introduction and aim of the study: Urolithiasis is a disease involving formation deposits in lumen urinary tract. The continued development minimally invasive treatment methods allows for more effective with greater operator comfort less risk to patient. It has been concluded that retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) superior other therapeutic many respects. this study review available studies publications identify potential complications following kidney ureteral stones by RIRS, particular focus on infectious their factors.

Method materials: We reviewed literature PubMed Google Scholar, using words 'urolithiasis'; 'urolithiasis treatment'; 'retrograde surgery'; 'infectious surgery'.
Results: Among factors associated after long duration surgery, recent positive urine culture, tract infections or antibiotic use, purulent urine, nitrites, obstructed access through ureter, struvite stones, co-morbidities play special role.
Conclusions: surgical nephrolithiasis are concern. In view knowledge factors, preventive measures should include limiting possible therapy considering use larger diameter UAS. This especially true patients abnormal results, history infection predisposing comorbidities.

METHODS We analyzed 506 patients who had undergone ureterolithotripsy from January 2005 to May 2010. Silent ureteral stones were calculi found in the absence of any specific or subjective ureteral stone-related symptoms. Of the 506 patients, 27 (5.3%) met these criteria (global co...

This study was to evaluate the risk factors of infectious complications after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and build a prediction tool for postoperative complications based on the risk factors. A total of 110 male (67.1%) and 54 female (32.9%) patients who underwent PCNL for renal stones between 2010 and 2014 in our institute were included. A detailed clinical information and laboratory ...
