چکیده
The washout by slope flow along long-distance oil & gas pipelines is a common geological hazard that occurs when pass through the alluvial-proluvial fan section of mountain piedmont. Accurate and effective evaluation risk single an important basis for disaster prevention control decisions. According to characteristics lack basic research data in development area flow, complexity assessment structure strong randomness ambiguity multi-index system, on rapid acquisition initial indicators field survey, simple experiment sampling analysis, quantitative index cloud reasoning model pipeline was established introducing single-condition single-rule with summation integration weighting algorithm, carry out instance verification. results 11 samples showed medium relatively high risks, overall distribution trend concentrated. Compared obtained entropy weight-extension method standard recommendation method, proposed more line small-scale background analysis reality study area, it’s also beneficial ensure safe operation pipelines. In this obtainment source reliable, objective, preprocessing simplified, classification are reasonable, process takes into consideration both which improves accuracy effectiveness results. It provides new way thinking other related research.

An Integrated Risk Index Model Based on Hierarchical Fuzzy Logic for Underground Risk Assessment
Available space in congested cities is getting scarce due to growing urbanization in the recent past. The utilization of underground space is considered as a solution to the limited space in smart cities. The numbers of underground facilities are growing day by day in the developing world. Typical underground facilities include the transit subway, parking lots, electric lines, water supply and ...

The present work considers the Struma River water flow on Bulgarian territory as a starting point for evaluation of maximum and minimum water flow using an original integral method. The risk assessment is determined by specific indices like the index Mmax,i for the deviation of the maximum water flow from the calculated norm of the maximum flow Qmax,0 and the index Mmin,i for the deviation of t...

In this paper, a qualitative and a quantitative risk assessment methods for urban natural gas pipeline network are proposed. The qualitative method is comprised of an index system, which includes a causation index, an inherent risk index, a consequence index and their corresponding weights. The quantitative method consists of a probability assessment, a consequences analysis and a risk evaluati...
