چکیده

After the Paris Agreement was signed in 2015, many countries worldwide focused on hydrogen economy, aiming for eco-friendly and renewable energy by moving away from existing carbon which has been primary source of global warming. Hydrogen is most common element Earth. As a light substance, can diffuse quickly; however, it also small risk explosion. Representative explosion accidents have included Muskingum River Power Plant Vapor Cloud Explosion accident 2007 Silver Eagle Refinery 2009. In addition, there an tank Gangneung, Korea, May 2019, refueling station (HRS) Norway exploded 2018. Despite this risk, Korea promoting establishment HRSs major urban centers, including downtown areas public buildings, using Regulatory Sandbox to install HRSs. This paper employed Risk Assessment Model (HyRAM) Sandia National Laboratories (SNL), quantitative assessment (QRA) program specialized installed hubs. A feasibility evaluation site conditions HRS conducted French land use planning method based results obtained through HyRAM overpressure PHAST 8.0. assessment, we confirmed that would be considered safe, even if city center within radius influence jet fires overpressure.
