Risk Analysis and Risk Assessment in Laboratory Studies

In this study, risk analysis is investigated by using 5X5 L Type Matrix Method in laboratories determined within the scope of occupational health and safety. analysis, 50 risks are identified, which 30 (60 %) have a high level, 18 (36 medium 2 (4 low level. Occupational safety rules applied to control these laboratory research minimize their effects. context, things be done studies listed as follows. Students, lecturers, staff working should receive training. Emergency plans, teams, drills made for situations that may occur during studies. Chemical use, transport, storage must recorded research. Physical inadequacies such ventilation work area eliminated. hygiene an accident prevention program recommended. This it aimed raise awareness about conditions.
