A geometric nonlinear modeling approach for strong rigid–flexible–thermal coupling dynamics of a hub and multiplate system considering frictional contact is proposed. Based on the absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF), an ANCF thin-plate element with thermoelasticity developed, where temperature field expressed Taylor polynomials to yield heat-conduction equations. In contrast traditional formulations, influences attitude motion structural deformation intensity solar radiation, nonlinearity plate as well are taken into account. The frictional-contact formulations thin rigid body presented, which can capture stick–slip transition address multiple-point scenarios. To solve equations, novel numerical combining generalized- $\alpha $ method modified central-difference Two validations performed verify proposed model, proves importance reveals phenomena thermally induced vibrations.
