Rights of Rohingya Refugee Children: “Absolute” or “Humanitarian” Basis?

The issue related to Rohingya refugees has been debated since the 1970s. However, discussion about refugee children only began be acknowledged by scholars year 2000. Among pertinent aspects in many are those children’s rights as well their status children. main aim of this study is review on that covers education, health, food, home, shelter, protection, development, and survival. This applied a systematic literature using Scopus database involving peer-reviewed journal articles social science from years 2000 above. findings revealed right education focus scholars. due most significant livelihood for children, followed health. In relation discussing issues majority used qualitative approach. Hence, concluded there still under research except addition, practise these should also thoroughly discussed other countries than Bangladesh, including signatory 1951 Convention may include core principle such participate.
