Abstract The choices of consumer towards food have been changed. Consumer prefers to eat which is not only safe but also nutritious. Now a day, they like the promote their health and help in minimizing nutrition related hazards. Rice staple many countries, most emerging issue that rice deficit minerals. ranks second among cereals dietary uses around world. iron (Fe) zinc (Zn) these are important micronutrients for infants, men women. Fortification with would minimize nutrient deficient disorders humans. Present study aimed introduce nutrients rich consumers encourage food-fortification organizations diverting focus on fortification. In south Asian micronutrient deficiency especially Fe Zn very common. because its use as can be utilized carrier medium transporting from plants sources human beings. Hence, fortification microminerals prove miracle virtual eradication diseases
