Rhinoscleroma,also known as Mikuliczdisease,is a chronic disfiguring and debilitating disease.This case in a 10 year old girl presented with unusual features and mimicked many other diseases.The characteristic MR features are described.The disease is uncommon in Western Maharashtra. Its scenario in Indian subcontinent is discussed.
