Rhinophyma is a rare subtype of rosacea, which thickening the skin in nasal area due to an overgrowth sebaceous glands and underlying connective tissue. The exact pathogenesis rhinophyma unknown, but potential factors include combination neurovascular disorders, innate immune responses, presence microorganisms. article presents current data on treatment particular, rhinophyma. A clinical case 67-year-old patient with papulo-pustular rosacea presented. high effectiveness therapy systemic isotretinoin was demonstrated.
