This Mini-Special Issue of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MICROWAVE THEORY AND TECHNIQUES (TMTT) is comprised expanded articles from 2020 Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (IEEE RFIC), held virtually on August 4–6, 2020, in response to worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
