چکیده
Although reverse shoulder arthroplasty is used in massive rotator cuff tears, it also proximal humerus fractures and revision. In this study, we aimed to examine the early radiological clinical results of patients undergoing with different diagnoses. Between 2010 2013, was applied 10 (4 men, 6 women) diagnosis arthropathy due tear (n: 7), multi-fragmentary fracture 2) hemiarthroplasty revision 1). The median age 74 (64-85) years follow-up 15.5 (3-35) months. Patients were assessed terms joint range motion, Constant score Visual Pain Scale (VAS) examinations before after surgery. Preoperative active flexion, abduction, internal external rotation degrees 65, 30, 40 50 degrees, 105, 95, 57.5 respectively their final controls. 20.5 (14-63) preoperatively, 54.5 (38-64) controls (p˂0.05). While preoperative VAS 7 (3-9), found be 1.5 (1-3) As a complication, scapular notching observed one patient. Internal values better group than group. Reverse arthroplasty, especially treatment arthropathy, has good low complication rate. We recommend paying attention glenoid component location avoid notching.

Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty Indications, Technique, and Results
The surgical treatment of glenohumeral arthritis with rotator cuff deficiency is a difficult challenge. Hemiarthroplasty, the standard treatment at this time, is associated with satisfactory results in a ‘‘limited goals’’ perspective, but often the clinical results are unpredictable. Elevation after hemiarthroplasty approximately 90 . Pain relief can be inconsistent and can deteriorate over tim...

Background: This study compared the outcomes between patients with proximal humerus fractures (PHF) whounderwent acute reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) to those who underwent an alternative initial treatmentbefore requiring (secondary) RSA.Methods: Patients who underwent RSA after suffering a PHF were identified. متن کاملBilateral anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty versus reverse shoulder arthroplasty.
The results of anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty and reverse shoulder arthroplasty have previously been reported separately. Although the indications differ, scenarios exist in which a patient may have a total shoulder arthroplasty on 1 shoulder and a reverse shoulder arthroplasty on the contralateral shoulder.Between 1992 and 2009, twelve patients underwent bilateral sequential primary shou...
