چکیده

Koto Mahligai Temple is a cultural heritage site in the Muaro Jambi Regency. Environmental disturbances, especially plant-related ones, are rare at this precious shrine. As result, plant diversity still sustained. The research aimed to evaluate and general vegetation condition Temple. method used was comprehensive inventory approach, focusing on woody plants through census sampling method. Vital data were meticulously collected for each tree, including height, diameter, morphological characteristics. result found 246 trees from 26 species vicinity, native introduced species. Local that infrequently seen urban areas, such as Bouea macrophylla, Canthiumera robusta, Dillenia sumatrana, Flacourtia rukam, Semecarpus heterophyllus, among these suggested could be well developed into public stakeholders interested studying Regency, owing variety distinctiveness of its plants. Furthermore, significance tied Temple, which attracts tourists. study emphasizes need future strategies harmonize preservation, archaeological exploration, temple restoration efforts. Genetic Diversity within Species

Based on our review of literature and survey of geneticists working on California taxa, we find genetic information lacking for most species in the Sierra Nevada. This situation is likely to remain in the future, with specific groups of taxa or occasional rare or high-interest species receiving specific study. Where we do have empirical information, we find few generalities emerging, except occ...

Genetic diversity within the Iranian spiny-tailed lizards and predicting species distribution in climate change conditions

There are different methods to investigate the effects of climatic fluctuations on the biota, two of which, molecular phylogeography and SDM, are the most useful tools to trace the past climate induced modifications on species’ geographic distributions. In this study, seven samples were collected from the species distribution range in Iran for the purpose of measuring the genetic variation with...

Molecular Diversity of Symbiodinium spp. within six coral species in Larak Island, the Persian Gulf

Reef- building coral harbor communities of photosynthetic taxa of the genus Symbiodinium (zooxanthellae). The genus Symbiodinium is currently classified into nine genetic clades (A–I). Various corals harbor different Symbiodinium clades some show specificity to single strain. Coral and their zooxanthellae are sensitive to environmental stresses. In the Persian Gulf, coral reefs are subject to h...

Region effects influence local tree species diversity.

Global patterns of biodiversity reflect both regional and local processes, but the relative importance of local ecological limits to species coexistence, as influenced by the physical environment, in contrast to regional processes including species production, dispersal, and extinction, is poorly understood. Failure to distinguish regional influences from local effects has been due, in part, to...
