Retaining Employees through Organizational Social Climate, Sense of Belonging and Workplace Friendship: A Research in the Financial Sector

چکیده
This paper examined the impact of organizational social climate on employees’ sense belonging, its employees’ intention to leave as well moderating effect workplace friendships this relationship. Using a convenient sampling method financial sector employees working in Istanbul, Turkey, survey was conducted. A total 403 were surveyed. The findings study revealed that is positively associated with while climate, belonging and friendship are negatively organization. According findings, moderates relationship between leave. demonstrated interactions play vitally important role intentions contributes conceptual understanding job embeddedness theory, which suggests relationships one key factors keep individuals organizations. highlighted potential for employee turnover directly / indirectly arise from acquired organization.
