Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman padi inpari 30 akibat kekeringan, pemupukan N dan K. dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca 1 Laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan Jurusan Agroteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berlangsung pada November 2020 sampai Februari 2021. Rancangan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Petak-Petak Terpisah (RPPT) 3 x 2 dengan ulangan. Petak utama kekeringan terdiri dari taraf (Tanpa Kekeringan, Kekeringan Fase Vegetatif Generatif), anak petak (100 kg N.ha-1 200 N.ha-1) anak-anak K (75 K.ha-1+ 150 K.ha-1). Data analisis ragam menunjukkan pengaruh dilanjutkan Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT). Hasil bahwa fase vegetatif 100 kg.ha-1 75 dapat mempertahankan meningkatkan tinggi HST 45 HST, jumlah anakan total produktif. generatif produktif lebih baik.
