Resilience Across Different Length of Service in the Assam Civil Service Officers

Every human being strives to land into the job of their dreams, and for many those aspirants, civil service is that dream job. However, over years, there has been a fundamental transformation in public services, which exposed officers new demands obligations changing time. It seen between government public, employees act as connecting link. The services recruit large number candidates each year. In relation job, they have lot hopes, feelings, expectations before getting But harsh realities makes undergo stress. Here comes role resilience, capacity bounce back adverse circumstances. Human beings varied deal with stressful situation thus different levels resilience. Similarly Assam Civil Service develop resilience period service. purpose present study serving at hierarchies based on length A sample 210 participants was taken study. Resilience measured using psychometric tool. results highlighted across hierarchy such overall significant 1 % level mean score (112.92) Senior Group I highest followed by II (111.89) 107.38 Junior lowest. difference dimension Perseverance 1% (27.73) grade less than other two groups. Compassion compassion Grade compared II. Finally, few intervention techniques suggested along implications enable further research.
