چکیده
The influence of outdoor green space on microbial communities indoors has scarcely been investigated. Here, we study the associations between nearby residential and indoor microbiota. We collected settled dust from 176 living rooms participants ENVIRONAGE birth cohort. performed 16S ITS amplicon sequencing, quantitative PCR measurements total bacterial fungal loads to calculate diversity measures (Chao1 richness, Shannon Simpson indices) relative abundance individual taxa. Green spaces were estimated within 50m 100m buffers around address. defined using high-resolution land-cover data, further stratified in low-growing (height<3m) high-growing (height>3m). used land-use data nature. ran linear regression models, adjusting for confounders other potential determinants. Results are expressed as units change an interquartile range (IQR) increase their 95% confidence intervals (CI). After adjustment, observed statistically significant indices space. For bacteria, index was directly associated with nature (e.g. 0.08 (CI:0.02,0.13) per IQR a buffer). Fungal inversely green. example, buffer increases 0.14 (CI:0.01,0.27) 0.02 (CI:0.008,0.04) indices, respectively. Nearby determines environment microbiota, type differently impacts diversity. Further research is needed investigate more detail possible taxa compositions underlying changes microbiota explore contribution beneficial health effects exposure.

متن کاملTransmit Beamforming Analysis for MIMO Systems in Indoor Residential Environment Based on 3D Ray Tracing
In this paper, an evaluation of transmit beamforming (TxBF) contribution is analyzed in the context of an indoor residential environment. Using an optimized 3D ray tracing tool, the multipleinput multiple-output (MIMO) propagation channel is simulated. The algorithm of singular value decomposition is applied and a new transmission scheme is considered. Comparisons of cases with/without TxBF are...

متن کاملBioaerosols in Indoor Environment - A Review with Special Reference to Residential and Occupational Locations
Bioaerosols such as bacterial and fungal cells and their spores are along with non-biological particles part of indoor airborne particulate matter and have been related since a long time to health issues of human beings as well as flora, and fauna. To identify the different risks and to establish exposure thresholds, microbiology of air samples from a series of indoor environments must be chara...
