This commentary examines the scope of data-sharing regime under Digital Services Act, as well which researchers will be able to access data framework, and using what process. It then evaluates guidance commitments contained in European Union’s Code Practice on Disinformation Media Observatory's Conduct, including how these instruments relate one another operate within broader regime.
