Research Tendencies of Postgraduate Theses Related to Pre-Service Turkish Teachers/Candidates

In the study, it is aimed to determine postgraduate theses related pre-service Turkish teachers and their candidates reveal research tendencies by analyzing them according certain characteristics. For this purpose, distribution of on teacher year, program type, university, subject, method design characteristics was examined thus were revealed. This designed qualitative model. research, scanned obtained documents analyzed. As a result has been determined that 84 theses, 59 which are 25 doctoral dissertations, have written from 2002 2022, training before service. It observed most subject completed in 2019, these mostly prepared Gazi, Canakkale Onsekiz Mart Atatürk Universities Türkiye. about candidates, writing skills, professional competence, anxiety attitudes, self-efficacy perception preferred subjects. addition, quantitative models used more candidates.
