Research Progress and Hotspots in Epidemics and Public Opinion: Visual Review Based on CiteSpace

The paper aims to present a comprehensive analysis of the progress, hotspots, and trends research in study epidemics public opinion. Using CiteSpace as tool, this focuses on 102 relevant literature opinion published between 2013 2023 core database Web Science. Drawing various data such annual number publications, journal sources, authors, institutions, keywords, constructs knowledge maps provide an in-depth developmental directions field over past decade. findings indicate that has undergone three phases, namely exploration, outbreak, retracement. hotspots mainly focus social media, model, health, sentiment analysis, Twitter, behavior, communication. Additionally, highlights online is essential trend for future exploration field.
