Research on Structural Parameter Optimization and Springback Compensation Methods of a Steel Bar Hoop Bending Machine

چکیده

After being processed into a certain shape by stirrup bending machine, steel bars are used as the skeleton of reinforced concrete in construction. The accuracy their directly affects bearing capacity concrete. In order to improve springback angle after bending, this paper focuses on optimizing structural parameters bar machine and controlling bars. influence support shaft diameter, crankshaft radius is analyzed using ANSYS explicit dynamic simulation experimental analysis. By combining orthogonal methods, were optimized, including diameter 20 mm, 40 80 mm. This can effectively reduce bending. addition, control angle, cubic spline interpolation method was proposed, collected data fitted Matlab. At same time, comparisons made between least squares method, polynomial method. results show that compensation formula obtained angle.
