Oil and gas pipelines are the main channel to ensure national energy security economic development due safety efficiency of transportation coast. To achieve an optimal state pipeline operation in terms is crucial important issue throughout life cycle a system. However, optimization problem network system typical Mixed Integer Non-Linear Problem (MINLP) which extremely difficult solve. An solution keep operated most efficient under premise safe given paper by using dynamical programming method. Firstly, improved Newton-Raphson method used solve discrete system, operating parameters such as temperature, pressure flow any section surface obtained. The fluid parameter values each nodes can pipeline. Based on this, total consumption cost set objective function, oil model then established, dynamic it, so that it obtain current working conditions reasonable computational cost. actual example shows optimized scheme be reduced 6.8% compared with pre-optimization scheme.
