Research on Knowledge Management Models at Universities Using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP)

This study aims to investigate and evaluate factors related the knowledge management model at universities in Hanoi, Vietnam. Based on system literature review (SLR) approach, follows descriptive inductive approach results of document process. Eight were synthesized with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) priority order. Ten experts from seven participated survey. The rank as follows: (1) sharing factor (this also has highest best nonfuzzy performance (BNP) average multiplier weight (GM)); (2) big data systems; (3) creation; (4) use; (5) gathering; (6) leadership; (7) rating; (8) storage. Discussions, conclusions, limitations study, suggestions for future studies are mentioned this study.
