چکیده
A new towing taxi-out departure mode has become the preferred choice to replace traditional of civil aircraft due its obvious advantages low energy consumption, emissions, and high efficiency. However, inertia may lead potential lateral instability even “Jack-knifing”, as mass system is concentrated in rear. In this paper, mechanism influencing factors were studied using computer virtual simulation technology taking Boeing 737–400 AM210 tractors research objects. The results show that “Jack-knifing” phenomenon was caused by when sliding speed more than 15 km/h, accompanied slip condition. Furthermore, safety zone, side-show zone jack-knifing defined terms steering angle. Additionally, a created under different airport track conditions analyzing stability system. conclusion study provide theoretical basis reference for safe application mode.

متن کاملAircraft taxi time prediction: Comparisons and insights
The predicted growth in air transportation and the ambitious goal of the European Commission to have on-time performance of flights within 1 minute makes efficient and predictable ground operations at airports indispensable. Accurately predicting taxi times of arrivals and departures serves as an important key task for runway sequencing, gate assignment and ground movement itself. This research...
متن کاملEstimation of Aircraft Taxi-out Fuel Burn using Flight Data Recorder Archives
The taxi-out phase of a flight accounts for a significant fraction of total fuel burn for aircraft. In addition, surface fuel burn is also a major contributor to CO2 emissions in the vicinity of airports. It is therefore desirable to have accurate estimates of fuel consumption on the ground. This paper builds a model for estimation of on-ground fuel consumption of an aircraft, given its surface...
متن کاملA Study on Aircraft Taxi Performance Using Nonlinear Feedback Control
Whenever traffic density becomes so critically high that it begins to jeopardize efficiency and safety, the answer lies in the ability to improve traffic coordination and movement precision. This study considers the surface-traffic problem at major airports, and establishes the possibility of highprecision taxi operations by applying state-of-the-art automatic control technologies. Due to the h...
