Research on Hydro-pneumatic Suspension Test Bench Based on Electro-hydraulic Proportional Control

Compared with the traditional automotive suspension, hydro-pneumatic suspension has characteristics of large energy storage ratio, nonlinear stiffness and can change ground clearance vehicle body, which makes have good ride comfort handling stability during driving. In order to improve performance it is necessary design test bench for test. Aiming at problem that output signal mechanical used in China single error, difficult meet requirements a based on electro-hydraulic proportional control designed. Through AMESim/MATLAB joint system modeling simulation, tracking comparison sinusoidal signal, compared PID method, fuzzy method reduces error by 56.8% lag time 70%; experimental analysis elastic force characteristic diagram, indicator diagram damping velocity rate experiment less than 15%, meets suspension.
