Research on electro-hydraulic composite drive winch and energy recovery system for mobile crane

چکیده

Owing to the high power consumption and limited control precision of traditional hydraulic drive winch systems, this study proposes electric-type energy recovery systems. The accumulator used in type has low density, which makes it difficult store a large amount energy. Meanwhile, electric motor/generator cannot solve secondary slip because oil leakage, leads controllability high-power under near-zero speed torque conditions. Thus, based on construction machinery with high-pressure, energy-dense storage units, an electro-hydraulic composite system strategy for mobile cranes. Considering good characteristics density accumulator, hydroelectric may sliding challenge ensure output at speed. A simulation model crane is established verify feasibility proposed strategy. research results showed that more efficient recovering when weight lowered by greater distance.
