چکیده
Abstract In recent years, microfluidic chips have been widely used in food safety, environment detection, clinical diagnosis and biochemical. However, Digital chips(DMF) are attracting more eyes because picoliter-microliter-sized sample droplets can be accurately automatically manipulated. this paper, a method of design electrode channel height is studied to improve the efficiency voltage driving.

Rare cell isolation and recovery on open-channel microfluidic chip
The ability to accurately detect and analyze rare cells in a cell population is critical not only for the study of disease progression but also for next flow cytometry systems in clinical application. Here, we report the development of a prototype device, the 'Rare cell sorter', for isolating and recovering single rare cells from whole blood samples. On this device, we utilized an open-channel ...
متن کاملMicrofluidic organ-on-chip technology for blood-brain barrier research
Organs-on-chips are a new class of microengineered laboratory models that combine several of the advantages of current in vivo and in vitro models. In this review, we summarize the advances that have been made in the development of organ-on-chip models of the blood-brain barrier (BBBs-on-chips) and the challenges that are still ahead. The BBB is formed by specialized endothelial cells and separ...

Increasing the number of cores integrated on a chip and the problems of system on chips caused to emerge networks on chips. NoCs have features such as scalability and high performance. NoCs architecture provides communication infrastructure and in this way, the blocks were produced that their communication with each other made NoC. Due to increasing number of cores, the placement of the cores i...
متن کاملDrop on demand in a microfluidic chip
In this work, we introduce the novel technique of in-chip drop on demand, which consists in dispensing picoliter to nanoliter drops on demand directly in the liquid-filled channels of a polymer microfluidic chip, at frequencies up to 2.5 kHz and with precise volume control. The technique involves a PDMS chip with one or several microliter-size chambers driven by piezoelectric actuators. Individ...
