Research on Data-Driven Dynamic Decision-Making Mechanism of Mega Infrastructure Project Construction

The construction of mega infrastructure projects has the characteristics repeatability, long duration, and high complexity. Therefore, it is particularly important to implement dynamic decision-making in projects. This study takes data-driven mechanisms as entry point constructs a system for consisting an information collection subsystem, processing transformation human–computer collaborative subsystem evaluation feedback subsystem. On this basis, we established dynamics model Vensim PLE 9.3.5 software was used simulate analyze operation law from perspective, sensitivity application rate management technology, data analysis methods, participation experts decision-making, historical case on project, similar effectiveness program implementation were simulated analyzed. results showed that all five key influencing factors have positive impact implementation. In addition, technology methods higher implementation, project average lower provides some ideas suggestions promote effective use digital by each participant while improving their efficiency, scientificity, accuracy.
