Research on Analog Circuit Soft Fault Diagnosis Method Based on Mathematical Morphology Fractal Dimension

It is difficult for traditional circuit-fault feature-extraction methods to accurately distinguish between nonlinear analog-circuit faults and with high fault rates diagnostic costs. To solve this problem, paper proposes a method of mathematical morphology fractal dimension (VMD-MMFD) based on variational mode decomposition soft-fault feature extraction in analog circuits. First, the signal decomposed into modes suppress influence environmental noise, multiple high-dimensional eigenmode functions different center frequencies are obtained. The information component IMF calculated, then, KPCA (Kernel Principal Component Analysis) used remove overlapping redundant parts data. set obtained as basis judging working state type circuit. experimental results simulation circuits show that can be effectively diagnosis.
