چکیده
Background: Pancreatic tumor disease often has clinical symptoms ambiguously which is leading to late detection and poor prognosis. Currently, there are many imaging methods use for the early detection, diagnosis of pancreatic tumors. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) with strength a high-frequency probe, approaching directly pancreas improving tumor, especially small lesions < 2 cm. This study was aimed at: (1) To describe some clinical, biological, endoscopic characteristics (2) evaluate relationship between biological on ultrasound. Subject methods: Cross-sectional in 41 patients diagnosed Results: Common history smoking, high intake alcohol diabetes. Almost half 48.5% had CA 19.9 ≤ 37 U/ml. Lesions head accounted 80.5%, hypoechoic 97.6%, solid 80.5%. extra-tumoral findings were abdominal lymph nodes accounting 51.2%, common bile duct dilatation 46.3% 39.0%. There no levels features such as vascular invasion, node metastasis (p > 0.05). statistically significant tumors jaundice, dilation Conclusion: Smoking, diabetes most history. hypoechoic, position. jaundice well duct. Key words: ultrasound, features, biochemical characteristics.

Endoscopic Ultrasound-Guided Direct Intervention for Solid Pancreatic Tumors
Development and use of linear-array echoendoscope and endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) have made endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) more of an interventional procedure than a purely diagnostic procedure. This is a literature review of previously published clinical studies on EUS-guided direct intervention for solid pancreatic tumors, including EUS-guided fine needle inject...

OBJECTIVE To summarize experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystic neoplasms. METHODS This is a retrospective study of 207 patients who were diagnosed with pancreatic cystic tumors at Peking Union Medical College Hospital between Jan 2009 and Mar 2014. Clinical data, such as clinical manifestations, radiological and pathological images and surgical recordings, were collecte...
متن کاملEfficacy and Safety of Endoscopic Ultrasound-guided Ethanol Ablation Therapy for Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors.
Recently, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided ethanol ablation for small pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (p-NETs) has been reported. However, the efficacy and safety of the technique remain unclear. We have launched a prospective pilot study of EUS-guided ethanol ablation for p-NETs. The major eligibility criteria are the presence of a pathologically diagnosed grade (G) 1 or G2 p-NET, a tu...
متن کاملEndoscopic ultrasound elastography for solid pancreatic lesions
Elastography is one of technologies assisting diagnosis of solid pancreatic lesions (SPL). This technology has been previously used for measuring the stiffness of various organs based on a principle of "harder the lesions, higher chance for malignancy". Two elastography techniques; strain and shear wave elastography, are available. For endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), only the former is existing. T...
