With the rapid development of global civil engineering construction, intelligent structural system has evolved into one current frontier disciplines. The research on and situation are analyzed, main problems combined. Giving reasonable suggestions is great significance to country's vigorous structure system. This paper designs a new type three-dimensional fiber grating sensor, including design matrix model strain gauges. sensor can effectively measure space, greatly expanding application range sensors.
